AM 251 - Bio-X NEW

Cannabinoid receptor CB1 inverse antagonist with IC50 = 8 nM. It inhibits cocaine-primed relapse and reduction of daily food intake in rats. Was also shown to up-regulate EGFR expression via a non-CB1-mediated pathway.
