AMD 3100 octahydrochloride - Bio-X

Antagonises CXCR4 selectively by blocking Ca2+ release (IC50 from 0.02 to 0.13 µM). Studied in SDF-1/CFXCR4-dependent functions in HIV, rheumatoid arthritis and breast cancer metastasis. Enhances mobilization of hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) and Hematopoietic progenitor cells (HPCs) for re-populating hematopoietic progenitors for transplants in vivo and attenuates cocaine-induced locomotor activation.
