A potent inhibitor of monoacylglycerol lipase. It is CNS-penetrant and causes increased 2-AG levels, dependent on cannabinoid receptors. Reduction in arachidonic acid and eicosanoids, results in anti-nociceptive, anxiolytic and anti-neuroinflammatory effects.
