Benidipine hydrochloride

A calcium channel blocker that inhibits L-, N- and T-type calcium channels. Directly inhibits mineralocorticoid receptor activation in response to aldosterone. Has antihypertensive, cardioprotective and renoprotective effects. Protects NSCs from oxidative stress.
